Securing the supply chain under NIS2: Challenges and solutions
Join us on 13 March 2025 in Amsterdam for Security Academy Unlocked, exploring NIS2 supply chain security requirements, challenges, and solutions. Expert insights and practical advice from 3rdRisk and industry leaders.
According to the NIS2 Directive (Cybersecurity Directive), essential and important entities have a 'duty of care' to implement appropriate measures to protect their network and information systems against incidents. One of these measures involves securing the supply chain.
During this edition of Security Academy Unlocked, organised in collaboration with the SECO-Institute, we will explore how organisations can fulfil their duty of care in the area of supply chain security.
Speakers
Vincent Thiele, CISO at HagaZiekenhuis, entrepreneur (MODAT), and volunteer at CSIRT.Global (DIVD), will discuss the NIS2 requirements for supply chain security, the associated challenges, and practical approaches he recommends for organisations to address these challenges.
Together with Bram Ketting and Jelle Groenendaal, co-founders of 3rdRisk, this evening will provide insights into how organisations can elevate their supply chain security. They will share their experiences, answer frequently asked questions, and present a practical roadmap for organisations aiming to professionalise their third-party risk management, enabling them to mitigate risks and demonstrate compliance.
